My b.i.l. made sure the box was sealed so everything would be in there.<br />We open it up three months later and the mast to set it on was missing! Well, the box was TAPED but the STAPLES had been opened!<br />I went back to RadioShack explained my plight expecting to order a mas and the salesman gave me one out of box in back - no charge.<br />Thursday, I went to the sporting goods store for two kayak covers. The salesman and I measured a couple of different kayaks (one identical to one we have) to make sure I should get the LONG and not the X-LONG. I get them to the kayaks - put the first one on, perfect. Take out the 2nd - it's huge. Check the label inside the cover - IT'S AN X-LONG. In packaging that says LONG. And the straps were missing to boot! Get it yourself, find your own sizes,...No service! Get it yourself, find your own sizes, put it away yourself, ring yourself out at the register. In one of our grocery stores they're pushing a program where they give you a handheld scanner so you can scan your items, then set them in preopened bags in your cart, so all you have to do at the register is pay. But when I'm buying for a family of four, looking for deals, watching expiration dates, reading ingredients, now my concentration is supposed to be scattered even further by ringing out as I walk.
